FIRST TIER

Customers can indicate the name they want to be placed on the product/s they order.

How do I indicate name on the product?
When adding an item to your cart, type in the name you want to appear on your product label.

How many names can I put in one product?
You are allowed to indicate only one name for each product.

How many characters are allowed per name?
Customers are allowed to input (8) alphabetical letters on all products except for Essential Oils, which can hold up to (3) letters. We recommend using your initials.

 

SECOND TIER

Customers are given the liberty to design their own label for their chosen fragrances. In the custom label maker page, there are different elements, colors, and fonts which customers can use to design their own labels.

How do I custom my own label?
Click on Customize Your Own tab in Home.

Is there an additional fee for the customisation?
There is an additional fee of Php 80.00 on top of the customer’s total bill.

Would it be possible to change the label design after checkout?
Customers will be asked to examine their labels before checkout. Once they have confirmed their label and orders, they would not be able to return to the custom label maker to make any changes in their design.

Where can I order Rosen-âlp products?
Rosen-âlp products can only be availed through our website.

What are Rosen-âlp’s shipping rates?
Shipping rates will depend on your delivery location.
NCR and Metro Manila – Php70.00
Luzon – Php125.00
Visayas – Php135.00
Mindanao – Php145.00

Can I request for a return, refund, or exchange?
Products that are eligible for returns are those that are damaged or defective. We cannot accept refunds or exchange since all of our products are personalised and are catered to the needs and preference of our customers.

What should I do if my order has been damaged in transit?
If an item was damaged while in transit, Rosen-âlp will provide you with a full refund or exchange. You must present an original proof of purchase and the damaged products must be returned within 7 days of receipt to provide us with ample time to process the refund or exchange.

What do I do if I received the wrong item?
We will make sure to review all of our orders before to shipping them out. Should this event happen, you may send us a note to hello@rosen-alp.com and we will sort it out right away!

Is there a limit on the amount of items I can order?
You can order up to 5 items of the same product per order. If you wish to purchase more than five, you may check our Corporate Gifts page.

What is the status of my parcel? / How can I track my order?
You may check the status of your order through Black Arrow Express’ tracking page at https://locator.blackarrow.express. Simply key in your tracking number and click “enter”. You will now be able to track the status of your parcel!

When can I expect my order?
Orders made on Mondays to Thursdays will be processed and shipped out the next working day. However, orders made on Friday to Sundays, will be processed on Monday and will be shipped out the following day.
For Metro Manila Orders: within 3 working days
For Luzon / Visayas / Mindanao Orders: within 5 working days

Do I have to be there when my orders are delivered?
Not at all. You may designate an authorized representative to receive your orders on your behalf. Should that be the case, make sure to include those instructions in the delivery notes upon checkout.

Does Rosen-âlp offer cash on delivery?
We do not offer Cash on Delivery as a mode of payment. We’ve partnered with PayPal so you can make secure, convenient and reliable payments via debit, credit card or your PayPal account.
